Directions

Our Tribeca office is located at 225 Broadway Suite 1610 between Barclay and Vesey. To get directions, click here. We are right around the corner from four major MTA subway lines.

• Take the ACE to Chambers street and take the Church/Murray street exit.
• Take the 2,3 to the Park Place stop.
• Take the 4,5 to the Brooklyn Bridge/ City Hall exit, and use the Chambers street exit.
• Take the R to the City Hall exit.

Our Upper East Side office is located at 715 Park Avenue Suite 2, with the entrance on 70th. To get directions, click here. You can easily take the subway to arrive.

• Take the 6 to the 68th St stop.

Insurance Information

Surgery We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Northwell Direct and “non-par” with Medicare. Although we are out-of-network with all other insurances, we are able to work with some insurance companies with surgeries and procedures that are considered medically necessary. This may not require any additional payment from you over the in-network requirements. Dr Reitzen operates at facilities that accept most insurances. 

Cosmetic Procedures Plastic surgical cosmetic-only surgery and procedures are not covered by insurance. Some reconstructive plastic surgical procedures are covered by insurance on a case-by-case basis.  We will attempt to work with the insurance company to establish an agreement of payment. 

Medical (Non-Surgical) Visits Non-surgical medical visits are paid directly at the time of the visit. Once payment is received, an itemized receipt with diagnosis and procedural codes are provided. You will then be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. This will not apply to Medicaid or Medicare.
